Did you also add the mirror extensions? That will increase the view that much more. I have both on mine and have had for some time.
I looked at them, but want to give it some time as it is before I decide if I am happy how they are now.
As a side note do the extensions play well with the MeanSling top I have
edwardaneal , the two attachment pieces that mounted at the mirror attachment actually brought your mirror up about 3/4”. It helped my visibility and I leave mine on all the time. Do have to pull them off and spray them if I am removing the bars for a while.

Ed, not sure how they will be with your top however the extensions make your mirrors infinitely versatile and are really worth it

there seem to be two different type of extenders - the ones sling mods sells look really basic and just extend and raise the mirrors and the ones slingshot only sells dont seem raise it, but they they pivot - which ones are people here using?

I am using the top ones that you show in red. You can flip the outer extension to be tucked in or extend out even further. I had mine way out at the beginning however I flipped them around and I’m quite happy. Combined these with the concave mirrors and I think this should be the first mod anyone does for visibility and safety .
If you look closely you can also see a star washer that I installed to ensure that they don’t slip

This subject is way above my pay grade and perhaps I am not even answering in the correct category however at the sling a Rama this weekend I spoke with the gentleman from twist dynamics who mentioned there was a chip install for the Slingshot that made throttle response instantaneous. What it is I do not know but perhaps you could contact them

I could be wrong but a while back when SSO released that the general consensus was that it didn't do anything that smashing the gas pedal couldn't also accomplish.
The way it was explained was that if the current throttle has a 1-10 range that pedal commander has a 1-5 so you get more gas with a light push of the pedal but it would be the same as just pressing the pedal more when you are stock.
So if that is how it works it is no different than snake oil IMHO.

Somebody just installed one and gave feedback... Can't remember who though... They posted somewhere on the forum.
Tooth over on TDS posted this about the Pedal Max - "I've not found the pedal response to be an issue with the ss. I have another vehicle where pedal response is an issue, and I did purchase a pedal commander for that vehicle. Makes a big difference if it's an issue. Allot of people say "do it with your foot for free", but when there is a lag in response there's nothing your foot is going to do do change that. IMHO not an issue with the ss."
I don't have a pedal max but if what I'm reading is correct why wouldn't it make a difference?
If smashing it to the floor is a 1-10 response without and a 1-5 with, how is that not faster?

After seeing some of the overpriced mods for slingshots this one doesn't look that bad. Plus it isn't marked up 400% like other slingshot mods.
