I have a cat with a forward and no reverse.
Have I mentioned lately that I hate my cat...

I hope and believe from past experience ,that within 24 hrs Your cat will have a new transmission (probably Automatic ) to include reverse .
-
Let me guess...YOU have to be the one to rescue this non-appreciative animal!?!?!
-
Use your OTHER slingshot to provide "reverse" (or gravity-induced cat removal)...
-
BB gun....
-
Tree Saw?

Damn cat sees you go fast in forward with your turbo but probably not ever in reverse. Do some engine revs under the tree to inspire her to come on down
-
I was going to say "overkill", but then I remembered my level of love for cats.
FIRE AWAY!!!!!!!! -
DAMN - you guys sure are hard on one little pussy
-
I am waiting to see if he comes down on his own. He hardly ever goes outside. When he does the dogs chase him up the tree.

Go hard or go home...
Tear that up...
The harder the better...

Wait, what thread is this?

That's why i prefer dogs.
NOTHING has ever tree'd one of my pitt's
But my pitt's have made sure things stay in tree's like squirrels, birds, snakes.
And if they don't stay there and get caught on the ground............. They usually get tossed over the fence by me.
And I have never had to shoot one of my pitt's out of a tree, LOL
And i have NEVER had a cat show me the love, companionship, caring, protection, infatuation that my dogs show me and my family. -
Well, I'm glad you know where he is. When we were there, you couldn't find his hiding place. Now you found out he has another one to hang out in.
-
When the cat gets needs something to eat it will figure out how to get down. At least it will not be walking all over your vehicles while up there.
-
They have 9 lives and always land on all fours....no worries

If he does not, what is the loss. I don't like cats when they like to walk all over my vehicles.

When I worked in municipal fire/ems, it was common to get the cat in the tree calls from time to time. I can guarantee what response to the caller will land you on the chief's carpet.
Have you ever seen a cat skeleton in a tree?
The caller wasn't amused as I was.
