Feedback on 2017 SLR Velocity Seats

Polaris had stated they were available to ship on Sept 12th, but has now delayed that date until the 26th. It will probably be two more weeks once that date comes and goes without product.

I ordered mine in late August and was told October 5th. I should have ordered from cycle springs I probably would have got them quicker. I heard they started getting their orderes in

Like the shape and design but they are a bit limited on colors especially compared to PRP.
I used to own a "velocity" aircraft that had real velocity seats.

I sat in both at the dealer yesterday...better than the originals but I like my PRP GEN 1 better.

Anyone receive their Polaris SLR accessory seats yet? Sure hope they're not going to blame the Hurricane and floods for the next 2 week delay

I received mine on Tuesday, I'm working on putting them in as I'm typing this. I'll post some pics shortly

I really cannot do a comparison, but I just purchased my 2017 SLR about 6 weeks ago and the seats are great. I did a test ride in a 2016 base and the seats were terrible. This is my first SS but I think these seats are great.

Sorry I was just able to go for a ride....

My first impression is the material feels so much better than the original seats, and when you sit in them you actually feel like you're in a nice car seat rather than on a hard piece of plastic. Much more comfortable, they look incredible. I can't compare to aftermarket seats in comfort because I have never sat in any but for me I was never blown away with the look of any. Im glad I never pulled the trigger on a set. 100% happy with these especially for the price

I can take care of that ....lets swap seats and I'll let you know.....how about it?

Just installed these today.

I had a chance to sit in a SLR today in Daytona, to me a BIG Improvment over stock! Now Mine are stock seats redone and customized and I'm happy with the look and feel, but if these were out before hand I would have gone the SLR seat route.
