That would make sense. I'm pretty sure our game wardens run red up here. The park rangers do run green decals on their cars, but the lights are red. All those guys are armed and full authority.

I wasn't there, but most police I run across are great people just trying to do their jobs. Just like everywhere else there are some who would certainly fall in the category of "dumb dicks!"

The game wardens have always run blue down here but are transitioning to green and starting to get pissy about it ..... green has always been a popular color for bikes so its starting to become an issue....

he was yelling to turn my green lights off (which I understood red and blue were only illegal ones) and have made hundreds of trips with green on.

@MACAWS, because we are all so good at being PC.... 
Arkansas and a few other states that I have done Hazmat training In designate green for Hazmat emergency vehicles. I'm not sure if that's the case in VA.
