Slingmods has a wiring harness for trailers. Here's the link, plus they have a detailed installation PDF that helps you get to, and identify the wires and such:
Oh, I am thinking of buying the Roll-A-Home Trailer. Will get the trailer sometime in March, April. I am planning a Bucket List Trip next summer that I have been planning for 2 years now. I am retiring in Dec and heading home. I will add the Trailer Hitch from SlingMods. I might just have Cycle Springs do the job since that is where I bought the SS at. That way they can check everything else out.
SlingJockey has a post on the darkside, showing a schematic on how to wire for a trailer. It basically uses a relay for each function, brake, taillights, turn signals etc. I followed it when I installed the Wycked Hitch on my Sling and it works fine. It's a little more work than a plug and play system of course, but a lot less than $180. That was for a 2015 hook up, so you may have to do some research as to wether or not a 16 is the same.
@toons2 I would HIGHLY recommend the wycked hitch being sold by Cycle springs as it is frame, not axle mounted. I wouldn't subject any trailer to the bouncing that the axle goes through. Just my 2 cents.
Talk to @RichArlt or @Noel Hughes. They were working with Corbin on something. I know of a couple of axle mounted hitches that have broken while on the road. That's a pretty big trailer. Wouldn't want you to have any problems.
