Please tell where you purchased that reusable air filter and the part number if you know it. Many thanks, and great job on the polishing!

Purchased it from my local Iron Pony store. It took a couple of days for them to get it in. Not sure of the part number. I would call but they're currently shut down here in Ohio until around May 1st as of now, but who knows since its day to day with this coronavirus.

The Captain & I drove out through Wesley, Huntsville, Kingston, Boxley Valley, Ponca, and Jasper - all the "bright lights - big city" spots of Northwest Arkansas!
Lovely hills, winding roads, swift running creeks in the valleys. Many of our favorite places like Buffalo River National Park, Ponca Riverside Park, and others were blocked off. There's never been a crowd at any of these places, but there you go. We did stop at a roadside overlook in Boxley Valley for lunch (granola bars & bottled water).
It was a wonderful ride with a pretty girl - absolutely "essential business!"
Cow friends! Moon!
The little ones were very cute!

I have just been out riding for the last 3 hours, working way to a Sonic's for a milk shake.

We went out to Boxley Valley... the milk was shaking alright, but the spigots were moving too fast to tap successfully! 😄

I know the Jasper area well, have spent a lot of time in the Buffalo national river area and recognize that pull out, have seen elk in that field in the past.

That's what I did Sunday. Drove 20 miles 1 way, turned left, drove 20 miles that way, turned left, etc. until I got to a Sonic's myself. Between 2-4pm and I got myself a 1/2 price Blue Raspberry Slushie for $1.35 - after tax! Tasted pretty good too.

Pro tip for those with Smart phones, install the sonic app. All drinks are 1/2 price all the time, if you order through the app. Plus there are other discounts, etc that pop up every now and then.

I'll do that, and thanks for the reference to the other post earlier. I have the part number for the filter and thanks for the tip regarding the need for SAE hardware versus metric. I never would have figured that one out until it was too late. Unfortunately, I've come to realize on a few occasions that purchasing after market products for the Slingshot isn't always as easy as going to AutoZone. Not saying Polaris is proprietary in all aspects of production, but I can't even get an auto insurance quote from USAA because they claim the VIN from my Slingshot is not a valid, standard VIN and therefore can not be processed for the quote. Okay, I get it. Slingshots are not cars, but come on, guys, really?

As of early 2019 there were only 4 or 5 insurance companies that would insure the Slingshot.

Foremost is one of them. That's who I ended up going with since they work with Farmers. Not cheap to insure those things, but I have great coverage.
