Has anyone come up with a way to lock your hood? If someone knows how to open the hood of the Slingshot they could steal components or leave us stranded. It may have taken me hours to install the turbo but a thief could remove it in minutes. Maybe the hood latch could be moved into the glovebox and springs could be added to pop the hood up when the latch is pulled. Hopefully there is a vendor working on this.

Figure I will wait for 500 mile check to see if it is broke or just me.You can use a regular rod or screw driver and pop the side latches that will open both latches - Reach in by the tire and you will see the latch connection...one on passenger and the other on driver side. I had to do this when I broke my plastic handle with my MIGHTY Thumb....LOL
