I should have replaced the shaft with the replacement threaded ones, but since I had my MOMO knob before they were available I didn't bother. I had a run-in with a turbo evo and shifted a little to fast and it broke where the oem screw hole is on the shaft. Easy fix, but was a bitch trying to shift getting back home.
