I want to give a thumbs up to Village Motorsports. They didn't sell slings when I bought mine in December of 2014. I had a good sales experience at Valley Cycle in Winchester but they have stopped selling them and I think they are more of a dedicated two or four wheel dealer. Village is much closer to me so a couple of weeks ago I stopped in to ask a question about steering. Turns out it was normal but the service rep Elisha checked out my mods and we noticed that my once replaced hood pads were MIA or about to be. When I got home I got a call from her telling me she had opened a ticket with Polaris and they had approved installing the new style bumpers. I stopped in the next week to check the status of the parts and met Dharma. While I was there I decided to get the heat management kit ordered and installed. Had a little concern because I was under the impression that the shop, because they had not done this job before would charge labor for whatever time it took. I privately emailed Dharma that night with my concern about how much that might hit me. I stopped in the next day and he had already taken care to see that I would be charged two hours labor regardless of time taken. While there I purchased a shorty helmet for a great price and is much cooler this time of year. Nice to have a fellow forum member and owner as an advocate for us.
I hope to meet more of my fellow local sling owners who turn out for this event next month to support Dharma and his colleagues.

I'm scheduled to head over there Friday to have ball joints and rear bearing assembly replaced. I might be able to make the meet and greet too.
I believe @Tango @Jdin @jaytee and @Andy Hatch are going. Not sure about @WraithSS but hopefully he can make it.

Okay guys... I'm a bit confused... I know, I know, not hard to do. So I thought there was something about meeting somewhere at 8:30, but I see the event starts at 11 at Village motorsports. Are we meeting somewhere first or did I make that up??
Also, for the NORVA crew, do we want to meet up somewhere and head in together?

Me too I am bummed out. I was looking forward to hanging with you guys, I always have a great time. But I offered to work the slingshot booth for my local dealer at Lakefest and I had committed long before this was announced. I thought I had it all worked out until I realized I had the date wrong.
No worries Brother. We will represent well and you are putting in the blood, sweat and tears to make your upcoming event a success!
