Hey everyone, I have a 2016 SL LE, I dont like the way the front fenders look, do the 2017 front fenders fit the 2016? Slingmods used to have a nice carbon fiber one but thats no longer being made, I cant find any replacement for the front fenders, any ideas? Thanks!

I think all 2015-2019 fenders are interchangeable. I know the mounting holes are the same.

Two club members, one with a 2019, other with a 2016 (old style) swapped front fenders.
Both fit perfectly with no modifications.

I can tell you that the 2016.5 and the 2019 that I have have exactly the same mounting holes, verified by the fender delete mounting plates I had. I gave my 2019 fenders to someone else I think with a 2017 for a special project he was doing and they fit fine.

Amazing! Thank you for the confirmation, mine has a manufactured date of march 2016. Now where can I find the fenders for the 2017, I cant find them on the Polaris website. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know, BTW Im enjoying modding this thing, Ill post some pictures up soon once I feel like its "done" for now.

I know! theres so many options, im having a blast, I found the fenders, they are called splash guards, they are about $175 each from a local dealer.

perhaps it was a part of all of the things they did to reduce weight when they were making such changes to accommodate the added weight of the Slingshade - - - I know they did all kinds of things to reduce weight, some rather big changes to the frame where the swing arm mounts and I suspect a bunch of smaller things - - cutting down some size on on the fenders would have been a very easy thing that might have shed a pound or so without any negative impact

Several folks have done the fender delete kits. Many don't ride wet weather. Lot of splash guards sitting in sheds. Don't pay Polaris prices. You could/can probably get a set from folks by just paying shipping. Post your desire for what you want in the market place. Good luck. And no, mine were gone before I left Maggie Valley in 2018, sorry.
