Yes, We did. Just because some people are willing to give up their rights and then want to argue about it.

I’m confused, who said they were giving up their “rights” and specifically which “right” or “rights” are you talking about? I am of the belief that Rights are something that only God can grant they are not given by politicians or Governments and in the Bible when the subject of freedom is addressed the one thing that God says a “free man” should do is sacrifice for others. Perhaps I am wrong here, but I don’t see where I have any God given “right” to do anything that could potentially put someone else at risk, in fact I believe the teachings of Christ tell me the exact opposite, that I should be willing to sacrifice for others If you see this as giving up something then clearly we have a different view of what’s important in this life

Phil, I'm hoping and praying that you are getting better. This thread, like many if not most, has been derailed by politics and self serving A-holes. Please keep the two to yourselves or in another thread. We all have our opinions, our research, our pick of what is the right way or the wrong way. You have that freedom last I checked in this great country.

One of our own is sick. Must the posts be about why, or how, or what would have been? The ones that have been making this about politics or anything else I feel sorry for.... No, perhaps angered by would be a better way to state it! Choose what you may, but please have the decency leave it out of this thread.

Yes, the whole forum has really changed in the past year and the OG's that made this place very rarely post on here any more. More and more we are dopping out.

Brent, I appreciate you taking the time to write this and bring us back to the ground.

You're completely correct.

I went back to reflect on the posts I made here and think I see where (at least my responses) it went off the rails. There was a post I made, where some agreed, but I shouldn't have posted it. Then Mitch responded and I made a very offensive joke that you didn't like. I apologize for that and regret it being made.

My initial posts were approved and liked by Phil and in my defense, I know I'm angry, just like you, because it isn't fair to me that Phil is struggling and not getting the care he needs because hospitals are overwhelmed by this disease/pandemic.

Again, I apologize for taking this elsewhere, and as I stated earlier, I don't want anything to happen to y'all. So I use my opinion (you're spot on Anita!) to try and convince, but everyone makes their own choices and we should ultimately respect that.

I won't post anything political moving forward unless it's in the political thread.
