Those look sharp and if I didn't have to cut the hood I would have them just for looks.

You don't really have to cut the hood. Once you remove the stock panel, there are air gaps that would allow some heat out of the engine bay. If you use the dark color screenings, you would probably never know the panel wasn't open under it

I think I have the first FLAME hydro-dipped coil cover Dave sold for the Slingshot. (He may have had them for the Solstice, HHR, and Sky, but not sure.) So fess up Dave@DDMWorks, was I your FIRST?
