F-11 has kept my Sling nice and shiny over the years and even does well with the black plastic. That is my new obsession, to make the black plastic look newish as that is what is showing its age on my old girl.

$18.99 Amazon fuse block fixed the issue. Must have gotten a bad block from Slingmods because this thing won't do shit. 12v going in on the $100 block and 2v coming out. Amazon block 12v going in and 12v going out and everything works.

Guys I'm having an issue with the Fuze Block on my Sling and ordering a new one has not cured the issue. I have a good ground on the block. When the ignition is off I have 12v constant to the block. When I switch the ignition on the 12v constant goes away (is this normal?) and the 12v switched takes over. All my LEDs are set for switched side and not constant. When I check for voltage at the fuses there is none. The old Fuze Block did this and I just figured the relay went bad after 7 years but the brand new one has the same issue. Is there something simple I'm missing? All other factory lights work fine. Thus is just affecting all of my LEDs running off my Fuze Block. Help

Our cabin was great but there was NO WAY our Slings could make it up the steep gravel driveway. Shout out to the awesome neighbors that saw our struggle (i gave it a couple of good tries) and let us park in their "flatter" driveway. Slings got up that with no issues. Saturday Dragon ride was what you'd expect on a Saturday, tourist after tourist with no Dragon etiquette but we still had a great time and my buddy got to experience 129 for the first time.IMG_20230605_173333_327.jpg

Havent been in a few years but I have a neighbor with a new to him Slingshot that wants to go so we are headed up early Friday 6/2.

7 year old original SLINGSHOT lettering was giving up the ghost so I got my baby a new name tag.

Red front fender accents gift from my Slingshot owning neighbor.

very nice!
Are the accents on the sprocket from tufskinz?
I have rotor envy!
Thanks and Yes they are Tufskinz

EBC pads and rotors and a little more red on the back end. Sorry for the dirty wheels. She needs a bath.

Old steering wheel was tired plus the horn button was on a delay so out with the old and in with the new.

Well, There goes my baby
Mark and Eva, I hope you enjoy her as much as I did.
I guess now it is time to move on to other things.
and yes, I forgot to take my tag off, lol
No worries. They are taking the tag off today and will FedEx back to you. Your baby has a new friend now. They're asleep undercover now because it's hot as hell in SC today.

Let's send an alert to FunCycle ... The one has lots of miles but has been super well carefor.
Lol. He called me 3 minutes after I posted this.

Have a good friend looking for one with the GM engine that's not clapped out or tricked out to the point that the owner is looking for a mint for the ride. Figured he could find one that has low miles that just didn't get used or upgraded. If you have links it would be appreciated. East coast region.

Have any of you tried to remove the "SLINGSHOT" hood lettering after a few years? After 6 years mine is starting to look pretty rough and was going to replace it with the raised Tuf Skin decals. Was wondering if those stock decals get really brittle after a few years and I'm going to have to remove those letters in a thousand pieces and scratch up my hood. I know I'll need to heat them up. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks

Getting ready to have to change out my Michelin Pilot Sport rear tire. A little disappointed on the longevity of the tire though. Won't even get 9k out of it. The same front tires look great still so I'm sure my right foot has something to do with it too but I was expecting a little more from a Michelin. I guess it will be back to the Nitto on the rear. Got over 15k on last Nitto but the grip was not as good as the Michelin, especially when cold.

Yep. I would be shocked if it didn't fit the older models because its doubtful Polaris changed the main mounting bolt locations. Its literally 8 bolts front and back and unlike the Slingshade this top requires removal of the roll hoops and the frame of the top serves as the new roll hoops.

I've only been riding 10 years. In fact today is the 10 year anniversary of me buying my first bike.

Been here since May of 2016 after purchasing my Sling in April of that year. Learned so much from you folks.

How long ago did you get yours? The site says they’re discontinued.
Yeah its been at least 2 years. That sucks they are discontinued because they look great in a dark area. You can see how dim they are in this shot. If there was some kind of LED booster that could brighten those up it would be perfect.
