Seriously, if there's somebody with instructions... I would attempt... Fuck it, what's the worst that can happen? I join the blown engine club?
Just teasing! A blown engine is no joking matter!I bet you could sweet talk Robert Barker into the install - I know he could do it
-
PMing you out of curiosity Mr. Bill... Likely not yet in the cards, but you piqued my interest...

A big thanks to all of you who attended SSITS. -
Mrs. Bubblehead and myself just wanted to say we had an awesome time, visiting with old friends and making so many new ones... the weather was awesome, the rides fabulous and the mountain views spectacular. While we don't have far to travel as some do, I just wanted to say drive safe and watch the weather.
If anyone is ever in the Upstate of South Carolina, feel free to contact me, ALL of my Slingshot family is welcome anytime at our house.
Safe travels everyone....

Your videos, especially a drone video of the event is what i have been looking forward the most.
I plan to try and use them to convince the Queen to make that one of "our" trips next year.Last big motorcycle gathering we went was sturgies and lets just say it didn't go well.
-
Did I read that @Bill Martin got supercharged this trip? What did he do, dunk his cookies in that special bourbon? Be careful goin back to that lonely bayou.
-
Just a thought, maybe we should start a new thread for the videos, slide shows, and pictures from SSITS so they are easier to locate.
Haven't seen @Cameron Roberts video and I am sure there will be others posting.

Great idea... DONE!

Please be careful heading home if you are West bound on I 40. Got completely sideways at 60 mph facing a guard rail and by the grace of God got it under control and back on the road.
-
Trent. As you and the SS are OK. Rain?
-
Yes I am ok. Just a bit shaken up. Felicia said the front of the sling was about 6 inches from the rail when I was sideways. I have never turned a wheel side to side so fast in all my life.
-
Glad you're ok Trent!
-
Glad your okay!! If anyone still has the stock kenda tires I would highly recommend ditching them ASAP!!! They are horrible in the rain
