As some know I broke my shifter at ES trying to keep up with slingrazor in the curves. I searched the obvious sites and can only find the adapter with threads. I need the adapter with the half slot. Any ideas where I can buy this adapter.

IIRC, I had someone post to my Wall, but I didn't realize they had done so for several months. Either I missed any notification or the forum software never notified me. Creating a new Conversation (A Personal Message/PM) will result in the forum member receiving a notification of a new Conversation/PM.

That shifter comes standard on most new Slingshots...
Seems a little expensive for just a shift adapter.

The so called Short shifter is not how tall it is. It is the distance between the first and second gear position which is called the throw distance.

Mine broke too, get the aftermarket type with a new knob. The oem has the hole in the center and is a poor design for the aggressive shift person.
