Has anyone installed or had installed the under seat speaker enclosures for 10" subwoofers? Trying to come up with a plan for an aftermarket stereo configuration and I want some bass in the mix, but don't really want to sacrifice the behind the seat storage. If anyone has added any type of subs to their system and have had good results, I am open to suggestions as well. Look forward to responses and learning from all of you. Loving my SS, I just need some sound!

welcome aboard @Dennis R Croegaert - looking forward to photos of your ride and adventures
I'm not familiar with anyone putting a sub under the seat given the limited space

The enclosure I'm seeing is on the website Slingshotonly.com is listed as "UAS Under Seat Subwoofer Enclosure with Floor Pan." Hoping to draw from all the experience out there to help me make a educated decision and up with some great sound in my SS.

There is / was a company making a passenger side replacement floor pan that had a molded in section for a 10” sub under the seat.
I can’t locate the web site at the moment but will keep looking.
EDIT: Underground auto styling.com.
I went with the dual 6.5” under glove box JL subs and am very impressed. If I recall correctly, the floor pan option became available after I went with the smaller subs. I have thought about going the route of the floor pan at some point.

I'm looking into this, no need for extra amp

Cerwin Vega VPAS10
MODEL NUMBER -
Definitely going to look into that Cerwin Vega. Only drawback is I doubt it is a marine speaker and will eventually get wet. Might be worth a try for the price though...

That's right for a decent price.
I heard it doesn't give bass like in the storage but it will give enough to make it sound good
Heck put 1 under each seat
Not marine but I don't go out in the rain much
They also have a 12 inch but I don't think it will fit under seat. -

The Cerwin Vegas do. You do have to put a small shim under the seat. Scott Riley who owns the Slingshot dealership Sport Rider in Altoona WI has these and the CV speakers in the OEM floor pods in his 2JZ swapped sling. One of the cleanest not over done slings I have heard.
