No one 18 and up has to wear a helmet in AR. In MO it’s debatable. We drove past a highway patrolman in MO and he just gave us a thumbs up. Wife and I always carry a half helmet in the storage box when going into MO just in case we get pulled over. Seems We forget to put it on there all the time.
