Getting ready to adjust my drive belt tomorrow, any useful advice anybody want to give me? I've got the rear tire setting on a ramp, jack stands in place and all tools ready to go.
Got her done, wasn't to bad of a job to do. Last thing I did is rotate the tire to see if the belt was gonna run in the same spot. It doesn't. I had a small gap on the left side between the belt and pulley, now the small gap is on the right side. Should be good to go. If I remember right Sam used his leg to tighten the top side nut but I found there is room at the back to insert your socket and ratchet. I did use some foot power to loosen the big swing arm pivot nut. Tried to rent a big gorilla to tighten the big nut back up but couldn't find one so had to do it myself. Eat your Cheerios before attempting to tighten that one.
