I've seen a similar one on EBay that doesn't have the extension on the rear portion of the spoiler. The problem with rear deck mount spoilers is making sure you have support that connects to the frame members and not just the plastics. That particular mount appears to be able to be moved pretty easily to a fit over the frame members underneath the plastic.
You also need to make sure the spoiler is positioned such that the spoiler clears the center brakelight fin.
