Has anyone had to make a claim? I really want to lower my rate, I don't however want to pay for coverage that's only good on paper.

Thank you, I have progressive now and they were great when I totalled my first Sling. Are you saying he can get me a better rate through progressive?

He started looking into a quote for me in Cali and then never got back to me....I guess my coverage and policy was better than what he could offer.

I would hope so but my wife tells me "I'm and ignore-able kinda guy!" LMAO in other words maybe thats the same as an ASSHOLE! HAHAHAHA

We had him for a year, good rates, guy is a bit busy, communications are not the greatest, and had a hard time dropping him when we went another way.

Not sure i understand this....the policy is with Progressive or Geico or whomever, not him personally. Just call them and cancel. Don't even have to deal with him.

He did have pretty good rates I just won't ever use Progressive

Nice thread though. I am up for insurance renewal, and it seems like everyone is paying less than I am.

We had him as an agent for the sling, when we bundled the sling with house and vehicles on another agent he called and got a bit ugly with us. Said we would never find insurance for less than with him. He has fair prices, but his customer service leaves a bit lacking. You might have to call him several times to get what you need done. Just was not for us.
