......had one person tell me from the Bronx that NYPD cops told him he doesnt have to wear a helmet because he has a slingshade on his WRONG & then today I spotted a red ( moving slow of course 
) on I-87 while i was in traffic and we briefly said hello to which I noticed he wasnt wearing a helmet or glasses WRONG.........But hey ...Who am I....... Just someone who knows the VTL laws in NY state & enforced them along with other Ny laws for over 20 years.......
