Radio problem

I have a 2017 SL ,the radio screen gets scrambled and when I turn off the ignition the radio screen stays on so I removed the radio fuse and put it back in and the screen returns to normal for short time and then it starts all over again I was wondering if anyone else has had the same problem

Sounds to me like an internal circuit failure in the radio unit. By pulling the fuse you are powering down the entire unit and it resets.

Hate to say it but I think its going to be ...Dealer and Warranty! WHen it happens again...dont pull the fuse and bring it to them messed up.
