I keep the cockpit cover in the rear compartment. I usually don't go out if there is a chance of rain, but just in case....

Well, our rain suits are always in the Grasshopper, as well as the
cockpit cover that came with it. Otherwise, buy a cheapie poncho and
head on home!

With all of the fond memories I have from the Army of wearing a poncho and feeling like I'm in a wet sauna or Turkish bath, I'd rather just get wet!

I always carry the trash bags. They serve double duty. Keep the seats dry in the rain, and cool in the sun.

Think I might have to get that Cockpit cover because I do a lot of outdoor music events and showers pop up here & there.......I do carry rain suits but its not me I'm worried about getting wet, its Bee Bee....

My poncho in the Army was a OH-58A helicopter.

I carry the cockpit cover with me when I think it might rain (like to work) or when travelling, but I use one of those vacuum seal bags to squish it down as tight as possible to minimize space used in the luggage compartment.

One good thing with the SlingShot that has a windshield is that as long as it is only light to moderate showers, you really do not get all that wet while you are moving, just avoid them there stop lights/signs or stop-n-go traffic!
