he was saying I can't keep up - he's right I'm not a straight line speedster or even a curve carver but we have fun and are always honored to tag along with you good drivers
He was just stressed out from driving 7 over for 4000 miles on the interstate and 20 over in the twisties.... he's probably over it by now
-
Actually, I give him a lot of props for setting a good pace and picking a good route. No issues with that....i just had to take it out on a mountain road in Canada at the halfway point, and then I was settled down for the ride home.
If @Ross hadn't been setting the pace, I probably would ha e come home with a handful of tickets.... Just sayin'!

Was thinking of all my Epic Ride Fellows this afternoon when I got caught in a gully washer. I can honestly say it was a pleasure driving with these great guys. Not one of them gave me crap about my inability to keep up with them in the twisties. I always felt like my SS was a little loose. I am going to have to just find a place I can push it safely until it lets loose and then I will know where the ragged edge is. Don't let @Ross fool you, the guy can carve the corners just fine. @Ross, may be able to make it over for the ride on the 8th or whatever day it is. Why do they always start so late?
-
When the front tires sound like they are scrubbing you are still good but when they change sound or start squealing be careful
-
Yeah I know @ Ross can drive, just giving him some s—- cause we are gonna ride in ES. Good friends and family.
JUST SAYIN
-
I prefer to just cruise along and enjoy the scenery.

The week in Eureka Springs 2017 had NO rain. Unlike a few sprinkles we had in Maggie Valley. Looking forward to some great riding.

I remember you pulling up to me at the turnout and telling me, 'Let Mark know I'll see ya at the bottom. I NEED some CURVES!. Then you were gone. Then you were back. Then you were gone. Then you were back. How many times did you run that road? I made Sara a little queasy on the way down. I know it doesn't sound like it but that's bragging...
