Probably not $4,000 good though, if you have an older model that needs the new 17-18 roll hoops and a paint job to match your Slingshot.

Forget the people with 2015, 2016, and 2016.5 that's the people who pushed the slingshot to where it's at and now the new release stuff is for 17 and up.

Did they actually call it a roll cage? If not you'll be wearing a helmet. They could still be depending on the ones behind the seat....not the roof itself..

@Ruptured Duck, let him know when one of your first models you sold gets rolled over the top of. Little flatter and scraped up is ok...it'll go with his side panels.

If it bolts on its removable. Welded on would be nonremoveable. My roof bolts to the frame and the roll bars behind the seats. But it's not considered a roll bar by the manufacturer. Liability issues disclaimer
Does it have a metal subframe or is it just a hunk of fiberglass

If they want to sell some roofs, you think they would build it with a kit and colors for earlier models.
As a side note, I have been to my dealer six times since early July and they have not sold a single unit - the same six Slings are still on the floor.
