I'm running Pirelli P Zero Nero. About 19k on the fronts. I'm on my 3rd rear, getting about 8k miles per rear tire. As others have said, there's not really a smoking gun for wet traction, just slow down, that's all you can do. I drive spiritedly with mostly back road miles. I always slow down for any amount of road water, it's very unpredictable.

Not only is rain dangerous but it takes forever to get the sling looking all pretty again after runnin in the rain. I avoid it at all costs.
Mitch, you can always list the used fender in the market place or eBay. That fatty does look cool.
Phil - Yes that fatty looks great but I like the fender too. and I would take a big hit on the fender. So I will go thru life undersized - at least it is something I am accustom to!
So coming from the high hp car world nothing is better than michelin pilot cup 2's (Or michelin in general). Has anyone run these?
I almost went with the Michelin pilot super Sports, but the contis were $400 cheaper, and are rated as good if not better than the michelins with wet traction. Plus with the ss, I didnt think either would provide significantly better rear tire spin than the other, at least until you go to a r compound
