Performance Of The Slingshot in -6 /-35 Windchill COLD!

  • Normally prefer not to snowmobile in 10 or below, but -6 /-35 windchill in a SS, for sure, gotta try it.

I geared up in Klim snowmobile gear with electric gloves and hit the highways last winter twice.

    Kinda odd and fun experience.

Its was strange holding my arm out at 70 and not feeling any cold due to the Klim snowmobile gear.

The SS was a more quick due to the cold air. The tire would break lose fairly easy at 40 mph or slower, if I got on it.

Both times I went out in these temps, I drove 20 minutes, parked out doors for 3 hours then drove back.
Once I attempted the blinker on the way back each time the dash light would stay on and the exterior and the blinkers would not work. The lever felt hard to move.
But the next day each time they were back to normal after sitting in the garage at, guessing 10-15.

Overall aside from the blinkers it performed good.
