A very low cost axle double nut cover. The top off a can of Krylon spray paint, cut it to 1.25" high, remove the inner ring of plastic, paint it whatever texture and color you want, put a string of 3M dumdum around the nuts and jam on the cover.
It has been on for a month or so. Looks like it did when I made it. The pics were taken yesterday. A couple coats of clear were sprayed over the paint. Texture is from a can of paintable gravelguard I had on hand.
