Here's the wheels I had on my first ride. Can't seem to find them to fit the slingshot though
@MiM don't underesimate the young...lol I stay very busy with kids I have 3 .11,12 and 3 so trust me I know how it is its tough and the wife is currently in nursing school, which means she's not around much, so I get plenty of dad time. My little guy is 3 I've taken him for rides around the block he loves the sling . He's even a very happy proud owner of his own
@varanog78 sorry to take ur thread off track momentarily but if you have spoken with COR and are on the fence i can say that i have nothing but good things to say about them . they allow you to split payment in half so a little better than all at once deposit is half and then other half when they start to machine your wheels quality and touch is amazing the wheels are actually powder coated not just paint. you have so many options i dealt with paul really nice guy and very helpful. he kept me updated on everything. it does take some time to make the wheels so depending how busy they are i would order very soon can't remember when exactly i ordered mine but it took some time to get them. but well worth the wait.but like i was saying customer service was as good as i could expect for the money i spent. i would recommend them any time
@jluna317 I have been working with Paul as well ( Chris also has come up with some idea). Paul has been great and very patient. The only hesitation I have is that they are only a wheel shop - some of these other places are full service and I can get wheels and tires mounted and balanced. Decisions...decisions....decisions
@BONES, I noticed the tire/wheel info you posted showed 12x1.5 lug nuts and locks. Did you change your studs? I ask because over on TDS the Discount Tire rep posted the Slingshot has 12x1.25 lug nuts.
@BKL Everything received is what I used, changed nothing, maybe they had a typo??..Hope this helps??
OK. Just wondering as I ordered new lug nuts based on the Discount Tire rep's info and now I'm wondering if I got the right stuff. Can't find the new lug nuts amidst the mess in my garage, so I'll have to wait until I find them.
Correct, @BKL. Slingshot wheel lugs are 12 x 1.25
Thanks, That's the size I ordered.
@varanog78 .im sure you will not be disappointed in quality . I'm not.what style did you go with ?

Deleted as I posted this in the wrong thread. Moved to Wheel/Tire question for Base Slingshot

I was actually looking for a Delete option, but didn't find one. I did what I did in case someone had read my post and was trying to find it again.
I just tried editing the post and found an option to trash the post, but nothing marked Delete Post.

When you go to the edit post, click on "other options" at the bottom of the edit screen. That will take you to a page with a click box you can select that says "send this post to trash." That's it.
