Like everyone who Owns the sling, the hood rattle was getting pretty annoying and I adjusted the hood and played with the rubber stoppers. Which I had assumed we're the problem from the beginning,they are to hard and the hood bounces off them. So don't know if anyone has tried his but I think it got rid of like 90 percent of the rattling.i just put like the felt pads for furniture like the ones you would put under a seat or a couch. Found the thickest ones I could find put them right on top of the stoppers and man what a difference didn't take any pictures don't think they are needed pretty easy if you try it let me know if it works for you

So your sure it is locking into both the rear latches, right?

Ya I'm sure it just when I hit potholes the hood was making a lot of sound in the front bouncing off the rubber stoppers but like I said pretty much all gone now and I played with all the adjustments

Another rattle on hood could be the black plastic covers were the extra headlights could be mounted, they are a loose fit, mine rattled. Just pop them off and a little black silicone behind them and pop them back on.
