Brought my SS to dealer for 500 mile check and warranty issues.
The drivers side panel had pimple in it that was cracking. They had 2.5 weeks. In that time they tell me 3 panels were ordered, each on receipt wad either broken or scratched. Now waiting on 4th. Took SS home to wait as not keeping it there waiting in a panel.
Get it home to find my drivers side rug (new 48 hours when dropped off) is covered in grease. I steamed cleaned and they came out ok. But the ER brake well is beyond filthy. Don't know what was spilled or maybe ground in dust but whatever..... It doesn't come out.
Anyone know of product that might work?
I'm needing to calm down a bit before I call the dealer.
I'm pretty pissed off at the moment.

Did you take pictures of the parts that were dirty when you got it back. It's hard for them to argue with pictures. And did you mention this to the dealer before you left with it?

I use Scrubbing Bubbles foaming cleaner

I'd drive back to the dealer on Monday and show the owner the quality control that his service department uses to assure happy customers and tell him to call you when he's had it professionally detailed back to pre-service conditions

All the above are good ideas, However also tell the dealer that if it happens again you will not be back

Those citrus wipe clean damn near anything!
Any I agree with rabtech - pictures or it didn't happen!

Thanks, I'll try the scrubbing bubbles.
Unfortunately I was so mad and my OCD kicked in, I steamed the rug right away.
The stains look better on rubber but still there.
Next time ..... Your right... Take pictures. Darn it -

the dealer will want to keep your business. Explaining what happened and showing the stain still present will go along way to make things good. See what's offered and then counter if it's not to your liking. Should you have to deal with it no, but unfortunately without images from the start it's totally up to the dealer. What's the old saying, something about honey, vinegar and flies. Point being try nice first. Less stressful to start with and might just do the trick...

I would not touch a thing and take it back to the dealer and raise one hell of a stink.

Simple green and those Mr clean magic eraser sponges are good.
