I usually ignore product "reviews" from anyone who receives items for free ...... but it is nice to see he has not been sucked in and gives his honest opinion ... (looks nice to him, doesn't do much) .. so kudos sent ..

Big props out Paramont plastics for making something and pricing in a realistic price range for what it is. And it is something that looks good! Of course all just my opinion.

I ordered one today. Their web is a little messed up. I found it would not load the pages correctly with my tablet or phone, I was only able to make the purchase on my computer.
When I ordered the site said they had 14 in stock.

Mine came today--you have choice of just hanging it there or using the tape. I didn't use the tape as it stays in there very well.

Actually I DO use the space for a GPS and I've even got glass on the gray Slingshot frame for some rain protection.

I just finished installing a single din Pioneer head unit that sits in the top half of the radio opening. To finish it off I ordered a shade that is being painted to match the blue on our SS. I'll post up pictures when it is finished.
The shade should really work on a single din sitting at the top of the opening and it should also help keep water off the head unit.

I was just about to hit add to cart when I saw the shipping was $15, 60% of the cost of the product. That is a bit excessive for a small piece of plastic. I will wait until it is picked up by other suppliers or pick one up at an event.

@Drew71646, yes! Come on... Priority box it I'm sure, what is that, like a flat rate no? Or even parcel post... Don't mind waiting if there's savings!

I always go by the motto of you get what you pay for. All the products I have recieved from various sling vendors have always been quality. I also understand that this is a specialty market and they have to make their money on less units as opposed to selling millions of units on a more popular vehicle. Some items, like the shipping on this product, is a bit excessive.

It was shipped regular UPS..I think their issue was that they sent it in a large box (you could put about 20 of them in there) Also, no packing, large empty box with a plastic piece in a baggie bopping around. They could cut their shipping cost down if they downsized the box.
