" 2. (New section) a. An autocycle shall be registered as an automobile pursuant to R.S.39:3-4.
b. A person shall not be required to hold a motorcycle license or a motorcycle endorsement to operate an autocycle if the person holds a basic driver's license to operate a motor vehicle pursuant to R.S.39:3-10."
.And the insurance companies rejoice ..... I can hear your rates going up from here .....

And yes higher insurance cost for autocycle I am sure here in New Jersey!
But now wife can drive SS with just auto license.
I do not know but with open cockpit it sound like you have to wear helmet with new ruling ??? -
